Terms and Conditions for CBC Linked

1. Introduction

Welcome to CBC Linked, a social media platform provided by Axcess Live. By accessing or using CBC Linked, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To access CBC Linked, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use CBC Linked. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

By using CBC Linked, you agree to:

• Use the app in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
• Not post or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the app or its users, including hacking, spreading malware, or spamming.

Axcess Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post or share on CBC Linked. However, by posting content, you grant Axcess Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the app.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains false or misleading information, or violates any laws.
• Removal of Copyrighted Material: If you believe your copyrighted material, trademark, or logo has been used on CBC Linked without permission, please contact us at apps@cbclinked.com. We will promptly review and remove the content as required.

5. No Affiliation with the Congressional Black Caucus

CBC Linked is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus. Any references to the Congressional Black Caucus are solely for the purpose of identifying the intended audience for the app and do not imply any connection or partnership.

6. Privacy

Your use of CBC Linked is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on CBC Linked, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Axcess Live and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
